Career
Helen Balliger is a Real Estate Partner with around 14 years’ experience advising a range of real estate clients including investors and developers on a wide range of transactions across multiple sectors. She routinely deals with major asset acquisitions and disposals, financing and ongoing asset management matters across all asset classes, including offices, mixed use, retail and industrial. In recent years she has developed a particular expertise advising on matters involving ‘last-mile’ logistical assets.
Helen joined CMS in October 2022, having previously been a partner in DWF’s Leeds office.
