Partner, Head of Securitisation and Structured Debt. He specialises in both domestic and offshore securitisation and structured finance transactions relating to all forms of assets (in particular trade receivables, tax or public receivables, loans, tangible assets…). Grégory is involved in the setting up of securitisation programmes for French and foreign credit institutions or for major companies. He has an important experience in off-balanced sheet transactions (IFRS, US GAAP, French GAAP).

Grégory has joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2009 and is in charge of the securitisation and structured finance and debt activities.
