Senior Associate

Mariusz Minkiewicz is an advocate and a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution practice.

He provides advice in the scope of criminal and civil procedural law.

He has experience in conducting internal investigations of companies in connection with suspected crimes or leaks of sensitive information. He also advises businesses on crimes committed online (cybersecurity). He  represents clients in proceedings (pre-trial and court) concerning corporate crime, in particular, he participates in the development of litigation strategy and prepares pleadings.

He also advises on compliance and risk assessment matters. He develops training materials and compliance policies designed to minimize the risk of criminal or corrupt behavior. He participates in pre-acquisition examinations of acquired companies in terms of assessing risks related to criminal irregularities (compliance due diligence) and ESG (in terms of governance - compliance policies).

He provides trainings on corporate crime and compliance and risk assessment. In particular, he specializes in providing training on unannounced visits by regulatory and law enforcement agencies (dawn raids).
