Position

Pierre Bonneau joined the Employment Law Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 1999 and became a partner in 2012.

Pierre advises both international and French companies on collective and individual labour relations and on the employment implications of their strategic decisions, providing advice and handling disputes in the following main areas : national and international restructurings, redundancy plans, collective and individual disputes (labour relations, social security audits, etc), compensation and benefits, collective bargaining and employee representation, flexible working arrangements and the 35-hour working week, European harmonisation of human resources policies and international mobility and employment audits on mergers & acquisitions.
