His professional activities and experience includes advising some of the top Italian and foreign banks and financial institutions on complex financing transactions and regulatory matters. He also assists globally-active clients in the investment services, insolvency, shipping and private equity sectors.Paolo also advise the leasing and financing divisions of some of the major automobile brands.Paolo is a member of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors of various corporations.
