Partner in employment and pensions. He is mainly involved in litigation in relation to disputes pending before the employment and social security tribunals.

Rodolphe joined the Employment Law Department at CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 1997. He became a partner in June 2010. Before joining the firm, he practiced in the Law firm Cabinet Barthélémy (1995-1997). He is lecturer on the post-graduate diploma course in the Law and Practice of Labour Relations, University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas and at the Vocational Regional Training Centre for Lawyers, Versailles. He runs a training course for Employment Tribunal members

He holds a Master Degree in business law (Dijon Faculty of Law – 1992) and a post-graduate diploma in employment relations law and practices (University of Montpellier - 1993). CAPA (post-graduate legal qualification required to practise as a solicitor or barrister in France) (1996).
