Partner specialised in international and domestic taxation. He advises on mergers and acquisitions and cross-border restructuring, tax audits and litigations, and non-resident real estate investments. His clients include multinationals, partnerships, financial institutions and high net worth individuals.

Edouard joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner in 2001. From 1994 to 2000, he practised in the New York office of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre.
