Roberto Ascoli is part of the Tax Law Department and has been Partner since 1977.

His areas of specialization include consulting and advising primarily on tax, administrative, corporate and contractual matters. In particular, he advises on tax matters related to extraordinary operations and specific corporate transactions such as acquisitions of shareholdings and companies. His expertise also extends to commercial and financial transactions of multinational companies.His clients include top-tier national and international entities and companies in the publishing, insurance, financial and pharmaceutical sectors. He also holds the position of auditor and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors for a number of major corporations.
