His practice embraces both advice and contentious work for a clientele made up of French and foreign businesses, principally in the following areas: large scale restructurings; duration of work (evening work - Sunday work …) ; employee representative ; executive careers ; contributions adjustments ; individual and collective litigation ; URSSAF litigation. Ghislain is also the author of a successful pleading before the Constitutional council of the French Republic.

He joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 1994. He was co-opted as partner in 2003.
