Partner in EU, Competition & distribution. She is highly involved in national and EU competition law, restrictive practices and commercial negotiations, and distribution strategy, as well as in the law of sales promotions and advertising. A large number of her clients are leading businesses in their sectors, for whom compatibility between their commercial policy and competition law is an important strategic issue. She has often acted on vertical agreement matters in relation to recommended prices.Lecturer at University Paris Saclay in competition law (Master 2 Droit de la concurrence et des contrats).

She joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1989. She was co-opted as partner in 2009.
