Günther Hanslik is a partner in the transactions team of CMS Vienna, focusing on finance transactions, restructurings and corporate transactions.

As head of the transactional finance team of CMS Vienna, he supports clients in high-profile projects in Austria and CEE. He continuously acts on behalf of leading European financial institutions as well as large corporations.

Günther Hanslik has been teaching at the University of Vienna and the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration for many years.
