Kelly is a commercial associate with a particular focus on the TMC sector.

Kelly has vast experience in drafting, revising and negotiating commercial contracts in various industry sectors. Since she has worked as an in-house counsel for one of the leading Internet companies in China, Kelly has a good understanding of the Chinese day-to-day business practice and regulatory environment.

Kelly is also recognised as a ‘leading associate’ by Legal 500 Asia-Pacific for data protection in China and was named ‘Rising Star of the Year (2023)’ for data protection at the inaugural Legal 500 China Awards.
