Neil is a Partner based in Liverpool. With over 15 years’ post qualification experience, he has experienced of a broad range of commercial property matters. With particular expertise in relation to the development of out of town retail parks and management of retail assets and offices, Neil is also experienced in dealing with acquisitions, disposals and financing of multi-let assets for investor clients.

Neil has a strong background and wealth of experience acting for house builders on site acquisition, disposals and strategic land acquisitions. Neil is skilled in drafting conditional land contracts, option agreements, JV development agreements and land promotion agreements.
