Senior Associate in the Corporate/M&A practice

Joanna Białoskórska is an attorney-at-law and a senior associate in the Corporate / M&A practice at CMS.

Her professional experience includes participation in M&A transactions, due diligence analyses as well as restructurings of capital groups, including cross-border restructurings. She has also advised clients on corporate issues, including day-to-day legal assistance to both Polish and foreign commercial entities.
