Sarah Meldrum is a Real Estate Partner based in our Sheffield office with extensive experience of advising on a wide range of property investment and asset management matters, specialising in large portfolio transactions and multi-let properties, principally in the retail and healthcare sectors.

Sarah is involved in acquiring, disposing, financing, and managing a range of assets, and also advises on landlord and tenant issues such as tenant mix, the service charge code and property management agreements.
