Elitsa Ivanova, Partner and Co-Head of the Finance practice of CMS Sofia, is a dual qualified lawyer under English and Bulgarian law. Elitsa is regularly sought after for English law advice as lead counsel for complex syndicated cross-border and multijurisdictional transactions, by some of the leading financial institutions and private equity firms active in Europe, as well as corporates.  She advises on all sorts of syndicated and bilateral financing transactions including corporate finance, acquisition/ leveraged and real estate and project finance. In addition, Elitsa is a distinguished expert in structured commodity and trade finance; she and her team are regularly involved in large commodity-based financings under English law across multiple jurisdictions.
