Peter Soede graduated cum laude from Utrecht University in 1988. After working for a year in the Netherlands Antilles (St. Maarten), he joined CMS in 1990.​

Peter is a partner of the Litigation & Insurance Practice Group since 1999 and focuses mainly on complex legal procedures, liability law, and national/international arbitration and mediation. Clients are usually national and international companies, foundations and government bodies. Swift and results-oriented solutions to conflicts is the aim, without avoiding going to court if necessary.​

Peter has extensive experience in advising and litigation on a wide range of conflict and liability matters acting on behalf of (listed) international companies, financial institutions and manufacturers.
