Negotiation for children matters including child arrangements orders – residence, child custody and contact.

Residential Property:  A fast and efficient service for clients purchasing or selling properties. Full range of residential property matters, including  sale and purchase, newbuilds , re-mortgage, leasehold, equity release, adverse possession claims and issues relating to title, rights of way, restrictive covenants and boundaries.
