Abi  Lewis
Abi joined Charles Coleman in 2008 and specialises in Wills, administration of estates, and powers of attorney. She combines a friendly but professional approach to achieve the best possible experience for her clients. Abi deals with a wide range of estates, including those where no Will has been made. She has specialist expertise in estates that comprise of foreign assets; are deemed “complex” by HMRC; and/or have a value of over £2m. Abi prepares Wills, from the straightforward to those where trusts and inheritance Tax planning are required. She also offers advice on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Elizabeth  Urquhart Irvine
Elizabeth is a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and works in the Private Client team. Elizabeth qualified in 2010 and worked for Pemberton Greenish LLP before joining Charles Coleman LLP in 2017. Elizabeth prides herself on her approachable manner and compassionate dealings with clients, often in sensitive and emotional situations. She feels strongly that a bespoke service is necessary in this particularly personal area of the law.
Gita  Kapoor
Gita joined Charles Coleman in 2022 and handles business development and marketing for the firm and is  also a qualified solicitor, specialising in property law. She identifies opportunities to develop positive relationships within the local community, ensures the firm’s marketing and branding are consistent, monitors client care to ensure all quality standards are met, and plays a key role in the firm’s strategy and direction.  
Guy Barlow
Guy has a great deal of experience in family law and approaches problems with sympathy but also with common sense. He specialises in all matrimonial areas including divorce, separation, financial and property matters, child arrangements and domestic violence protections, as well as pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. He is protective of his client’s interests but always tries to resolve matters as amicably as possible, particularly to protect any children that are involved.
Jade Saward
Head of Charles Coleman's Property Department, Jade specialises in residential conveyancing and has expertise in property sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, equity release, matrimonial transfers, and declarations of trust. She delivers clear, concise, and practical legal advice in a straightforward manner to ensure that the requirements and the timescales of client transactions are met. Jade strives hard to maintain good working relationships with clients and local agents to ensure matters progress smoothly, with expectations managed from the outset. She feels it is important that clients feel confident that their transaction is being handled with proficiency, diligence, and understanding.
John Humphreys
John specialises in residential conveyancing and property-related matters and can advise on a range of issues including boundary disputes, rights of way problems and restrictive covenants. He also handles commercial property transactions including factories, warehouses, offices, and shops on both freehold and leasehold titles and is well known to the local business community.  
Marsha Louise Richardson
Marsha qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and specialises in Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Tax, Trusts and Residential Conveyancing. With over 20 years of experience, she is meticulous in her approach to her work. Marsha shows great empathy when dealing with her clients and when dealing with the administration of estates, is committed to ensuring that her deceased clients’ final wishes are respected and adhered to. Marsha is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Nathan Kapoor
Nathan is the Managing Partner of Charles Coleman and has expertise across the full spectrum of private client work, including Wills, power of attorney, inheritance and estate planning and administration advice. He also has expertise in property matters and brings a wealth of knowledge from these two areas of law which often overlap.  
Parveen  Ahluwalia
Parveen has worked for Charles Coleman for the past 10 years. She is experienced in all areas of residential property law including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, the grant of new leases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, non-statutory lease extensions, Right to Buy, Help to Buy, shared ownership and bridging finance. Parveen also does commercial property work, including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, head office moves and portfolio management. She believes that active communication and proactivity are key to successful transactions and endeavours to be practical in her advice and approach, making clients feel at ease.
Shailja  Angras
Shailja, known to many as Shelli, handles a broad caseload which includes Wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection work, estate administration and estate planning. She also provides advice on related property matters. Shailja takes a holistic and compassionate approach to her work to ensure that clients receive the utmost support with meticulous care and attention. Her dedication to ensuring that her client’s wishes and expectations are achieved is delivered through her proactive yet sensitive style.
Simran  Sehra
Simran’s property practice focuses on the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties, transfer of equity, remortgages, lease extensions and landlord/tenant matters. Her clients include individuals, investors, developers, mainstream lenders and private companies and she has advised on several high-value projects including large plot purchases and leases of central London properties. Since qualifying at a law firm in London, she has worked closely with clients and agents in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire and has a good knowledge of the area.
