Patrick Jackson is a partner in Clifford Chance' Global Financial Markets group, based in São Paulo. Patrick Jackson's principal expertise is in capital markets, liability management and restructuring transactions, and U.S. regulatory matters particularly those involving large Brazilian banks and industrial companies.

Patrick received his JD in 2005 from Georgetown University Law Center and his AB from Harvard University in 1998. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 2007. Patrick speaks English and Portuguese.
