Matthew is regularly instructed in the Employment Tribunal, and has appeared in cases involving unfair dismissal, employee status, whistleblowing, TUPE, and all forms of discrimination. Hearings in which he has been solely instructed have included multi-week cases involving numerous allegations of discrimination, along with cases involving complex areas of health & safety, working time and trade union detriment/dismissal. He is developing a particular specialism in disability discrimination and mental health cases.
