Position

Kate Balmer practices predominantly in the field of employment law, including employment related tax and commercial matters. She regularly represents clients in high value and multi-day claims in the Employment Tribunal involving all aspects of employment law. Kate's clients include FTSE 100 companies, international airlines, high street chains, banks, beauty brands, health care providers, charities and a wide range of public and private sector clients and private individuals. Kate also has a substantial appellate practice, with regular instructions in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court. Kate has appeared in the Court of Appeal without a leader and as sole junior in the Supreme Court.
