Position

Alice Mayhew KC is a specialist in employment litigation and advisory work involving restraint of trade, whistleblowing, all types of discrimination, equal pay, business transfers, wrongful and unfair dismissal, industrial action and breach of contract claims. She has extensive experience of acting for a wide variety of clients such as airlines, banks, local authorities, media, telecommunications and police forces as well as senior employees. Undertakes multi day complex cases before the employment tribunal, county court and high court as well as all levels of appeal (often being instructed for the first time at appellate level).
