Hammarskiöld’s M&A team advises a range of domestic and foreign clients - including companies, private equity sponsors, and venture capital firms - with buy-and-build mandates being a recent area of growth for the team. Senior partner Peder Hammarskiöld boasts vast expertise in both public and private takeovers. Erik Löfwall counts several blue-chip PE funds among his client roster, while Jakob Falkman handles large and mid-cap transations for industrial clients as well as PE funds. Erik Fahlgren is well known for advising Swedish and international clients on cross-border M&A and commercial contracts matters.
