Main areas of work are Mergers and Acquisition, Capital Markets, Employment Law and General Corporate Practice. Erik has extensive experience from assisting clients in private as well as public M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and transaction related employment law. Has represented private and listed clients in numerous significant transactions in a broad range of industrial sectors.

Guest lecturer of Corporate law at the Faculty of Law, University of Lund.
