Jakob Falkman
Mr Falkman specialises in mergers and acquisitions, energy and public utilities law and compliance and investigations. He is a member of the ICC Sweden Commission on Environment and Energy and is also Hammarskiöld & Co’s representative, and the sole Swedish member, in the Energy Law Group; a network of lawyers specialising in energy and natural resources law from independent law firms.

Mattias Anjou
Mattias Anjou is Managing Partner and the head of Hammarskiöld´s Banking & Finance practice group. He joined the firm as partner in 2013. Mattias Anjou represents Swedish and international clients, particularly within the Banking and Finance sector. He represents lenders and borrowers in secured and syndicated loan transactions, acquisition finance transactions, securitisations and direct lending. Mattias Anjou is known for his experience and knowledge in financial regulatory, with expertise within all relevant areas of financial regulation including, credit institutions, investment firms, fund managers and payment institutions.
Per Sundin
Mr Sundin specialises in litigation and arbitration and is active in both national and international commercial litigation and arbitration. Mr Sundin has assisted Swedish and international companies in courts and before various arbitral bodies under the proceeding of, among others, the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. Mr Sundin is also active as arbitrator in arbitration proceedings under different rules. Mr Sundin is further active in the field of banking and finance. Mr Sundin is legal adviser to several banks and insurance companies and also advises Swedish and international companies and governmental agencies in general commercial and corporate matters.
Sandra Kaznova
Main areas of work are arbitration and litigation, corporate and commercial law, corporate governance and anti-corruption compliance. Ms. Hein Kaznova regularly represents Swedish and international clients in domestic and international arbitration as well as before Swedish courts. She acts for clients in a wide range of business sectors including i.e. manufacturing industry, consumer products, IT, insurance and banking. She has also assisted several multinational clients in corporate investigations in Sweden and abroad, including for example Eastern Europe and Asia.
