Magnus Bohman forms part of the firm’s M&A and Corporate practice. He advises both private and public clients from a wide range of industries in connection with private M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, raising of capital and corporate governance issues. Magnus also has vast experience in advising start-ups in relation to fundraising and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements as well as option agreements.
