He has also defended publicly listed companies over the course of investigation and disciplinary proceedings with the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission.

In the field of infrastructures, he has advised the leading concessionaires in the railroad, highway and telecommunications industries on the granting, amendment and dispute resolution processes of federal and local concessions.
