STALFORT Legal. Tax. Audit. has been supporting corporate clients from around the world in acquiring, establishing and managing businesses in Romania since 1997.
In the meantime, the firm has consistently grown organically. Today, more than 30 people (lawyers, tax advisors, auditors, etc.) are active in three offices located in Bucharest, Bistrita and Sibiu.

It is particularly, but not exclusively, specialised on German and German-speaking clients.
The core team includes experienced German, Austrian and Romanian professionals, who have been working together exclusively for the company for more than ten years.
STALFORT Legal. Tax. Audit aims at maintaining long-lasting partnerships with its clients. It has been advising the major part of them beginning with their market entry – mostly via greenfield – investment, M&A or joint ventures.
However, during recent years, the firm also became an essential resource to companies seeking support in challenging projects. It is particularly experienced in M&A, restructuring measures such as spin-offs or mergers – whether national or cross-border, as well as complex projects related to real estate, construction, (renewable) energy, employment and litigation.
