Steve acted on behalf of Meadows Estates 1 Ltd and Meadows Estates 2 Ltd in the acquisition – and funding of – Eagles Meadow Shopping Centre, as well as the £75 million acquisition and funding of Wrexham Centre, and on behalf of Catterick Estates in the acquisition and development of Princess Gate. Steve also acts on behalf of Crewetoll in relation to the settlement of it liabilities of £90 million with Nationwide Building Society and was central to the subsequent structuring and funding of the property holding.
