Jian Dong has extensive experience in dispute resolution. He represented clients in a considerable number of commercial arbitration and litigation cases before various courts, including arbitral tribunals, PRC courts at various levels, and the Supreme People’s Court. Jian Dong has represented clients in dozens of sophisticated cases in areas of company law, financing and investment, and in connection with corporate equity, shareholders’ and directors’ resolutions, the protection and recourse of investment, the breach of fiduciary duty by directors and officers, asset management, private fund investment, etc. In 2018, an arbitration case arising from contract disputes represented by Jian Dong was selected by the Legal Daily as the Top Ten Legal Service in the area of dispute resolution regarding “The Belt and Road”.
