Christopher Mooney focuses his practice on intellectual property counseling, procurement, and enforcement. This includes strategic counseling to help clients monetize their intellectual property. Thus, Christopher works with clients to build high-quality patent portfolios and to implement patent strategies for offensive and defensive uses.

Christopher leverages his prior experience as an R&D engineer to advise on a wide range of technologies including optics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, medical devices, e-commerce, data storage, electronic payment systems, semiconductor circuits, memory systems, semiconductor manufacturing processes, cryptography, software, signal processing, wireless receivers and transmitters, networking devices, RFID, search engine technologies and digital and analog circuits.

Christopher also advises clients on intellectual property matters in M&A deals and litigation.
