Mr. Jenkinson’s extensive practice encompasses all forms of debt financing across the capital structure, including loans, private placement notes, project bonds, bond/bank combination financings including whole business securitizations, and project financings, as well as restructurings.

His practice covers a wide range of technology and IP focussed commercial transactions and data protection law. Mark has particular experience in technology development, procurement and licensing deals, including managed services, systems integration, data centre services and technology and business process outsourcing.
