Career

T. Daniel Christenbury handles an array of intellectual property matters, including domestic and international patent prosecution and trademark prosecution; patent litigation; opinions regarding patentability, infringement, validity and enforcement; freedom to operate investigations, assessments and opinions; strategic advice for building patent portfolios, licensing and IP agreements; and IP due diligence investigations and analyses.

His technical patent experience spans chemistry; mechanical, chemical and electrical engineering; and biotechnology.

He represents a number of large offshore corporations and research organizations, as well as large, medium and small domestic companies in various technologies such as fibers, textiles, pharmaceuticals, filters, membranes, medical devices, films, engineering plastics, chemicals, batteries, battery separators, carbon fiber composites, steel compositions, semiconductors, computer systems, LEDs, water and waste water treatment, thermostats, water heaters, metal powder composites and biodegradable plastics/materials.
