I am a Senior Associate solicitor specialising in medical negligence based in the Cambridge office. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2015 I have acted exclusively for clients in medical negligence cases, helping people bring claims against NHS Trusts, GPs and private practitioners. I manage my own caseload, covering a wide range of issues, including: Spinal injuries, including Cauda Equina Syndrome Adult brain injuries, including failures in treatment and prevention in strokes Wrongful birth claims Delay in diagnosis of cancer Birth injuries Amputation Of these, I have a particular interest in those claims relating to birth injury, amputation, as well as claims arising from the diagnosis and prevention failures in relation to strokes. I also assist a number of clients who have lost loved ones as a result of errors which could have been avoided in their medical treatment. In addition to my caseload, I work with several national charities that support individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries. I lead the firm’s involvement in the legal panel with national amputee charity, Steelbones and represent a number of group members in their claims. I also alongside the East of England Stroke Network to deliver series of study days to medical professionals, sharing best practices from experts across the country.

Rosemary is a Partner in the Cambridge and London offices and has been handling cases for victims of mesothelioma and asbestos-related disease generally for 25 years. She travels extensively within the East Anglian region, visiting patients in their homes to offer advice and assistance. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

I have acted exclusively for the service and veterans community for over 20 years and have a particular interest in assisting Commonwealth soldier in cases where injury has resulted in their medical discharge before meeting the requirements for residency or citizenship. I was awarded the National Law Society Price for Outstanding Academic Achievement on my LPC and in 2006 was runner up in the national Eclipse Proclaim Young Lawyer of the Year awards. I was the first solicitor to conclude a claim arsing out of the Gulf conflict where Combat Immunity was raised as a defence, and now specialise in acting for past and current members of various SMUs where specialist protocols apply and clients are confined by confidentiality obligations under the Official Secrets Act and UKSF Confidentiality Agreement. In 2020 I became Lead PI Partner for our Cambridge office and in 2021 was  appointed as a Deputy District Judge.
